Just a random question that won't be effecting me for 14 levels, but as both Precision and Vorpal Strikes are active stances, can they both be active at the same time, or are they exclusive of the other?

They can be active at the same time.

Both can be active at the same time. Just be aware that, like power attack, you need to turn vorpal strikes back on each time you log on.
