I played this a couple years ago and had a bard to about level 12 or 14 iirc. I really enjoyed Bard and enjoyed a bit of Cleric as well.

I was going to give it another shot with a friend and would appreciate some input on a build. I'm pretty sure I only can do a 28 point build, and really prefer not to multiclass and I tend to stick with Human. I strongly lean towards a virtuoso-style and like to be versatile, and I will be duoing with a barbarian.

If you have any suggestions on the barb build as well I will pass them on to my friend.

I've been looking over the forums today for general information trying to catch up a bit, but it seems like on top of how complicated the game is, it has also changed a lot. If anyone has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it!

The Diva's Bard Love thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=275472) is still my first recommendation for new bard players, even though it hasn't been updated in a long time.

Thanks a lot, looks awesome. More than enough to get me rolling again!
