Does epic crystal of Agile Casting affect everything or not?

In other words, does it have to go into slot on specific epic armor and only affects that armor, or can it go into any item and affects any equipped armor/shield? For example, can I put it into a ring with green augment slot?

according to the wiki it doesnt stack with Arcane Casting Dexterity (cannith crafting/seven finger gloves) so more then likely it is the same enhancement that that provides but just at a higher percentage. and Arcane Casting Dexterity can be used on gloves, trinkets, or rings. so there isnt any reason why the epic augment wouldnt work from a ring.

however, it was said that they are changing the augment system in the future so if its a main character who you plan to have around awhile it would probably be good to look for alternatives.

Hmm. I hope someone who has actually done it (slotted Agile Casting crystal into non-armor) would confirm it. But your response brings another question -- does either enchantment stack with elven Arcane Fluidity?

If nobody answers I can easily test it tonight, as my crafter toon happens to have elven Arcane Fluidity. Put on some bulky armor, craft a Lesser Casting Dexterity ring, and see if it makes a difference :)

I slotted my spyglass with the -ASF gem and it works like a charm. I can't speak to it stacking with the elf enhancements, since my wizard is a human.
