Stuck Quests

Ok i have an issue.....

I am runnin ehvon 1 the quest gets stuck...
I wait 15 min...I also have a major renown elixer ticking away...

I give up and reset the quest...

Get back to the area and the quest sticks AGAIN!!!!

The Dev responds, removes stuck minotaur from the wall...quest starts again

Mobs start attacking....any of u try to have a /tell conversation while trying to stay alive....did i mention that i was alone in the quest?

Dev closes ticket after I answer no to the can he help further question while trying to stay alive....Mephit sticks in wall quest sticks AGAIN!!!!

Send in another ticket....thankfully the dev responds almost immeadiately....removes mephit..quest advances and Deadheart and crew start attacking!!! Again the dev is typing to me...so I have to run for my life and respond again with no....to the can he help further..

After 6 major Mnemnonics...50 mins off my major guild elixer and junk loot out of all chests, upon further consideration yes there is something you can help me with.....

Replace the resourses I used in this quest..Thank You

Running eCrucible 2 nights ago. No screenshot. Get to the end and talk to the Kobold. He tells us the fight out here is not finished. 3 of us go back through the entire quest while waiting for the ticket. Nada. 16 mins in, we decide to re-run. Ticket is answered at 18 mins. 2nd run went smooth

Ran TOR last night. Fight in the lobby, pull lever in next room, run up hallway to the right. All the giants running down that hallway towards us start rubberbanding.

I waited 20 minutes for a help ticket response last night when an enemy got stuck in a wall in EN Last Stand and stuck the quest. Then I gave up. 2 hours later, I still had not received a response.
