Didn't Recive Underdark Expansion Pack

I purchased the Menace of the Underdark Standard Expansion pack last week while it was on special. I have had a confirmed payment from my paypal account, but I cannot access the kings forest or the two quest packs. I have been able to travel to Evening star and can access the challenges. Can you tell me why this is so?

Are you level 20? Those quests and wilderness are only available at 20.
