I had issue today with completing Druid's Curse. I ran it twice on heroic and could not get it to complete. Since this quest had similar issues in the past I submitted a bug report. In the mean time I restarted the quest. Within five minutes a GM responded - Rothgar. Very helpful and polite. I reported my restart and was told to submit a new ticket if the problem repeated. That ticket was closed, the quest did complete, and all's well that ends well.
I wanted to take the time to post this since the customer support folks, in particular the GMs, have been getting a lot of heat lately on the forums. This is not to say that issues don't still exists, but I simply wanted to say Thanks, just as a change of pace.
