is lr fixed yet? epic bug

id like to lr but due to the epic bug i cant.so is it fixed yet? im NOT going to tr this toon again i just want to lessor and knock a lvl of fightr off him. its been bugged for months now how long will i have to wait?

Hi,

In the absence of any recent communication about this, I would say the answer to your question is that you will have to wait forever. If any work is being done on this, it hasn't been mentioned to us.

And if your toon is damaged by reincarnation, that will be too bad for you. Because as far as I can tell, Turbine won't fix it for you.

I would love to be proved wrong about this, which is why I've been helping to keep Tid12's thread about reincarnation bugs alive. But there doesn't seem to be any interest in providing updates on this problem or committing to fixing affected toons.

How this is an acceptable level customer service is completely beyond me. I'm sorry that is affecting you too.

Several people have Lr'd there characters in the past months with no problem , unfortunately it's a risk you either have to choose to take or not ;)
