Hello Holioly from Arggonessen here. I bought 3 +3's and a +1 lesser heart on Friday because I needed to respec 10 lvls and the +5's were missing and I wanted to take advantage of the sale. Will you be able to restore my ddo points and swap out the hearts so I can save two weeks in timers and the ddo points? There was no indication that the +5's would ever return and I wanted to start the timers and take advantage of the sale. I feel that I paid more and am waiting longer from a error on Turbines and WB's account not my own. Please restore my points and make it right. Thanks.

As there's no contract to say Turbine had to give you +5 hearts in the DDO store it is safe to say the answer is "No."

Unless there's some kind of "rain check" feature in the DDO store I've missed these years?

How is it Turbine's error that an item that isn't always available wasn't available?

I believe the error was yours.

The question you should be asking is "can you please put +5 hearts on sale in the future?"
