+2 to +3 Supreme upgrade question

Does the supreme stat upgrade tome +2 to +3 work if some stats already have a +3 bonus (ie will the stats that arent yet +3 be upgraded)? The store description says “Requires a +2 inherent bonus to all stats (from using tomes or upgrade tomes) in order to use this item.”

Yes it will they just won't stack (the +3's), everything else should upgrade to +3 though :)

No worries, remember that you will need a +2 tome on all stats in order to use the +3 upgrade tome :) once you have that you should be all set :)
