Can we please get a Monster Manual 3?

I'd love to see:

Wights, Hill Giants, Ogres, Dwarves and Dogs added to the Manual personally.

When the Monster Manual debuted, I admit I was quite dubious about it. But I've come to enjoy it and plan to buy future installments. One volume every two updates or so seems like a reasonable target to me.

I was always surprised that Wights never were in the other volumes - especially considering that Wights are there on Korthos, too !

Mabar and Crystal Cove adversaries should be in it as well, imho.

I'd like to see new MM, but please, no more random monsters, next should be just collection of related mobs, for example, outsiders, animals, etc.
