vip status

Ok so hello to everyone..I have vip status, now i thought vips had access to everything.. but i cant play the kings forest quest line at evening star?? whats the sense in being a vip? or is ddo just messing up as usual.. I stopped playing for almost a year because of the latency problems.. I came back and reinstated my account just for this since I'm a forgotten realms fan..Please explain this to me.

That just makes no sense why are we paying to be vip's then..Vips always had access to all content now all of a sudden we don't? Thats just crappy and almost a waste of money..

Yup. They even renamed if from an update to an expansion pack to try and justify themselves from violating what they had promissed since the beginning of VIP.

I gotta say, I think you might be over reacting just a little bit here. Either way, if you don't feel that VIP is worth the money, do what I did, and go premium.

Not over reacting always had full access to everything as a vip member and now it seems like they are taking it away..

Long term VIP here and its not a rip off or a trick all MMO's charge everyone for expansions even people who buy lifetime subs there are some new quests that just came out for the expanison that we got for free that others will have to buy one or another but we wont VIPS also dont get a few other things automaticly either

1. drow
2. artificers
3. favored souls

But we do halforcs,warforged, halfelves and monks so its still a good deal

Just about every mmo that lasts long enough adds expansion packs and they charge everyone for them even lifetime subs. Dont see a thing wrong with it.
