Where in Stormreach is Micah d'Jorasco?

Anyone know where to find Micah d'Jorasco, he not at the place that his Chalice indicates on the map for House J?

If this is the NPC I think you're talking about - You have to climb up to him!

Face the Gate to the Graveyard and turn right - There's a gap - As you go through that gap look right again and you'll see a ramp - I'll leave the rest to you.

Wow, do know how many times I ran around that area and missed those ramps. Sheesh, I better get my eyes checked.

I had to ask in advice myself the first time I ran that quest - After searching for Micah for about 10 minutes!

Don't worry about your eyes - I'm guessing they're just fine.
