I don’t normally use the GM Help service as I know its rubbish, but was in a long quest and thought maybe worth putting in a Ticket in the hope its improved.
GM /tell me (come to help) over 1 hour after I put the ticket in. Obviously I've already left the quest.
Com-on Turbine giving good customer service (especially after a module release) should be a priority

Yeah, its not really worth even typing a ticket.
my experiences with it are mostly it takes forever,
1-2hrs till ticket gets answered are way to common
when they come their performance is underwhelming to zero
15min to spawn a mob? really?
not able to advance quests...
and not a single bit of making one welcome as costumer
like shroud, harry stuck behind barrier
what does the gm? unstuck harry and gone
not resetting blades, not spawning a shrine
Thats like when you say to the waiter that there are two flies in your soup and he responds: yeah, looks like dolphin-style...

It's never been "great" but you gotta think that right now (if you submit the ticket between Mabar and today) then I'm guessing they're having a spamattack on tickets... everyone trying to get everything fixed, and I'm guessing the GM's are not many, so you also have to consider this, and other options when you ask a GM for help.
