Flame blade Wis modifier

I noticed last night that when my son was playing his Druid when he cast flameblade his damage at level 4 was only 2-7 damage. He has a 20 wisdom for a +5 modifier. Per the flameblade description he should have had the wisdom modifier added to his damge, it was only applying to to hit modifier. Is this a known issue?

We cast it both in wolf form and in human form, it did not apply the damage modifier either time. If anyone knows why or a workaround that would be great.

if you looked at the damage in the inventorys weapon window, it wont show anything but base damage, no modifiers etc are shown. Check the combat log to see the actual damage
