Can't get Everything Is Nothing counter to start up

So I just picked up Everything Is Nothing. I'm in quests, spamming Stunning Fist, Lily Petals, and Orchid Blossoms left and right and my EIN counter isn't moving.

Anyone else notice the same issue? Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Never mind. Figured it out. Was looking at the hotbar icon, not the buffs icon.

Continue with your normal business...

Your EIN counter is up in your buff bar, the counter on your tool bar only goes to 1 when EIN is ready to be used.
