toon stuck in game

my wizard is stuck in game and i cant get on it. i can get on all my other toons but that one. the in-game dev was worthless. i pay for a game and im wondering what exactly im paying them to do other than tell me they cant help. my wizards name is Kithic, im on Argonessen. i would like this fixed. in game tickets did nothing for me and the support page is a joke. i want my toon back.

I am stuck in the harbor on Argo, and have been waiting for servce for almost an hour. No response to tickets. This really, really stinks. 3.5 years on, and the service is NO better. It's like you people just don't care. At all. fix the 1perday stuck rule; it is no longer relevant!
