please make all the mabar equips bound to account as opposed to character [Archive]

this way people can make them and put them away on their bank toon in case they roll up a new build which actually could use the stuff

That would be very nice if the Mabar gear would be BTA or bound to character on equip instead of BTC only. Doubt that it will happen though.
