Starting to get to a point where I can spend points in the top lvl tiers and while Ive heard consume is either broken or DC wise useless...Im curious about shadow manipulation. As this reads it is not a classic suggest/dominate as it works by controlling an enemies shadow. This leads me to believe it should/could work on undead or even constructs or other various enemies that are immune to spells such as suggest/dominate. So does this work as per the description or is it subject to lazy coding and work like a suggest/dominate spell and not truly "gaining control of enemies shadow"?

I don't know what your main stat is, but with a mediocre, first life artificer int ~40, consume works perfect ie. in Mabar. Haven't really used it that much in epics, since I need the the XP to level other destinies.

and, many mobs are immune to shadow manip :/

Too bad about mobs being immune to shadow manipulation...The character im trying it on is an int rogue, int being a 42 currently..I wanted to try out the left side there however it seems on 90% of my destinies I find maxing my main stat more beneficial
