I've not tried this yet - just curious how ED progress and twisted fate items work.

I pick precise casting with Conjuration from the Draconic Incarnation destiny.

Then I swap to (say) Magister and twist in the DI item. Then I train out my Spell Focus feat.

Do I lose the DI twist?

How about on a TR?

As for twists, you do them before switching to the new ED. In your example, twist Precise Casting before switching to Magister. The point of Twists is to keep something from one Destiny when you switch to another, so no you won't lose it :)

Not sure about TRing.

Yeah, I'm curious if I can ...

(a) Take the required feat
(b) Advance in destiny requiring said feat
(c) Retrain or otherwise lose the feat
(d) Still twist in the ability, even though I no longer have the pre-req

haven't tested with epic destinies, but i know it doesn't work for enhancements. if it does work for ED, i expect it would get fixed at some point...

The ED tree would get auto reset, just like enhancments do.

Sorry, I missed the part about switching the feat out. No, I don't think that will work.

You've actually tried it and that's what happens? I, too, would like confirmation of this.
