client_sound.dat problem identified

I figured out the great client_sound problem. the problem is that your winrar doesnt let you fully extract the file (doesnt happen on all winrars) because it recognizes it as corrupt (which it isnt for the use of ddo) so i will be puting out a copy of the client_sound.dat torrent
