Not sure about that but i think that +3 ins is worthed much more than +8 int since +8 can be found on random loot when the other one is the only source of +3 ins int

Oh, really? You might be right...but why are +8 int rings so rare?! >_< It's seriously ludicrous, I've seen like a million +8 cha and wis rings =.=
