My Ticket has been updated doesn't go away

I posted a ticket I think 2 weeks ago. Since the issue was kindly resolved by a Dev and the ticket got updated and closed I got the notice (red exclamation mark in a black square) that my ticket is updated..... for the last 2 weeks now.

It doesn't go away. So I regularly have 3 or 4 noticed in screen now. I am not centered, I am not proficient with my weapons, My ticket is updated and some guild has reached level so and so.

Is it possible for someone to remove the ticket update notice? I see it on all my characters and by now I'm pretty sure I've noticed that I am no longer stuck :o

Also, if you'd cared to check, for instance, this other thread here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=394507), you would've perhaps found this suggestion:


Goto the Ticket screen.
Click the all tickets button on there - it will show you ever thing you have done.
The ones where GM' have responded have green dots by them.
Open the green dots ones one by one.
Repeat the above until no green dots.
then next time u log in problem gone away.

that may or may not fix this problem for you.

Do a show all tickets any with a green thing by them you need to click on for some people it can take awhile like me I have tickets on there that are 6 years old its so annoying and I do a few every day.

I have clicked every thing that has a green dot by it, log out and back in and it puts the green dot right back by the one i have cleared it on, I have done this for a week to make sure I have not been losing my mind... But I am glad others have the same issue because that means it is a bug so i am happy about that...:D
