Looking for a melee monk ranger build

Just for blasting through a ranger life (and maybe the monk life). Soloability and self healing would be lovely, traps a plus but not required

Can you point me to some builds?

I'd probably go 7 ranger (tempest I)/6 monk (light)/7 rogue (no PrE). The SA from rogue combined with stunning fist is really fun for trap destruction though rogue dilettante is another option (in which case can go 7 arti for spells and buffs like the PL grabbing mongrel build in my sig).
