Haste guard and Air guard

Do these two effects proc independently from one another? Descriptions are different leading me to believe they do...just curious...(prolly making a black scale item and will try it out eventually anyhow)

I have an air guard item, i dont remember them ever going off at the same time. Just one or the other.

air guard either trips the monster or gives you haste for 30 seconds(that does not stack melee speed, but does give more ac...)
Haste guard is solely a haste proc for 30 seconds.. it does not stack with haste spell, but still does give 1 ac.

being said that..
air guard and haste guard can stack....
but the haste part, does not, its either one or the other.. which ever hit you last.

just like disintegration guard...
it can stack.. but only 1 after the other.. they cannot exactly hit at the same time for whichever damages first.....

Cool thanks for the replies...so if I had both I obvi wouldnt get double hasted but would I have more chance to get the 30 sec proc?

(I cant say for certain but after putting on the black scale docent with haste guard on top of my air guard item it seems like I am getting more frequent 30 second haste procs)
