before you ask, I have been bug reporting it since EDs went live

Active EA destiny, 3 points in Endless Faith, works for me.

My twist has been granting 30 point echoes...

doesnt GRANT Echoes of power

ie I don't normally have echoes of power, it did on rank 1 and 2 but not on rank 3

also rank 3 does not say it grants echoes of power, if this is WAI that seems pretty silly that the lower ranks grant the ability but the last rank does nothttp://imageshack.us/a/img5/2705/screenshot00000xi.jpg
