View Full Version : Some advice on dealing with Ahraatz-Ri solo. (Tide Turns)

I'm seriously frustrated at this point. I'm solo'ing this on normal and this is the hardest thing I've experienced yet. (I'm a lvl 7 cleric.)

I seem to get the edge after getting him to about half health and then those water elementals appear and suddenly he is back to full health. At this point I struggle valiantly for about two minutes and I just can't heal up fast enough to negate the damage he and the two water elementals inflict on me. I've tried this a few times and I'm just not getting anywhere.

Any advice?

The best advice I can give you is don't fight him in the main room. You can pull just the Captain to the doorway area where you first come in. You may have a few crew follow, of which you can take care of since you don't seem to have an issue with them.

The water ele's will still spawn, but will not aggro on you until you enter the room.

This is a good place to use the bluff skill, or practice body pulling.

I don't have his name memorized, but If you are referring to the boss at the top of the tower, you need to pull him out into the hall by himself.

All you need to do is open one of the two doors and peek in. Once you see him, hit him with something ranged and he will usually come at you alone.
