Sorry, the title is just for rhyme. :-D
In some discussion ( i bet it was BYOX one) the wild Tangleroot apears, and the general review was that this pack is problematic, since it has wide level span, but still is a chain, and the loot is not so great save Flesh Render Goggles.
So why not adress this issues?
Yes, its old pack, and nobody cares about low levels, however its still experience of new players, so better it will be good. Even for old players it may be fun if they loot something which may be actually useful for a while.
The things which may be done:
I. Make it more concentrate with levels. To more like lv 5-7.
5 - First STrike 7 Yarkuch.
And rise the CR of mobs in 1st 8 quests accordingly.
II. Make the named loot actually drop in related chests.
III. Buff a little some of this, since this items are really bad junk.
The only useful piece of loot are the goggles, and maybe +3 stat items.
Im not even asking to make them more powerful, but more multidimensional, so there will be a point to actually run it for a loot. After all chains ends at lv 7 and its shame when at that level end reward is already outdted.
It would be fair even if the ML was rised in some cases.
In packs like Sharm SYndicate and 3BC the reward is actually useful the 1st time you run it. Why can be tangleroot?

Black Wolfskin CLoak: Natural Armor +2 , Cold Resistance, Spearblock
Blademaster Bracels: Dex +3, Insigh Attack +1, Fortitude Saves +2
Blademaster Gauntlets: Str +3, Combat Tactics DC +1 , Fortitude Saves +2
Crimsone Gemstrone: Is ok.
Fanged Wraps: Wraps +2, Lacerating, Maiming, Impact
(Note: Vicious on low level toon is painful. )
Fist Of Daarguul: Club +2, Goblinoid Bane, Intimidate +5, Bone Breaking, Fearsome (on critical hits target DC17 or feared)
Krugg Spiked Boots: Refles Save +2, Striding 10%, Balance +5
Khyber Fury is ok.
Lhor-Tragu's Shadowed Armor +3, Shadow, SIlent Movies, Invisibility 1/day
Spider SIlk Robe: Armor +4, Axeblock, Silent Movies, Shadow
Spinterskill CHainmail: Armro +3, Axeblock, Cure LIght wound guard (10%)
Splinterskull Docent +3, Axeblock, Repair Lihht Guard 10%
Totemic Staff of SPlinterskull: +1 Quarterstaff, summon mosnter III, Conjuration Focus
