Probably been asked before, but I couldn't find it. Does the Magister and DI spell pen abilities stack?

I am fairly certain they do - at least that's what (I think) I have twisted in on my wizard. ^^

Easy way to confirm this is to cast a spell subject to SR against a mob and see what the plus roll on the SR check is.

If I had the ability to do that I would lol. I just started working on my sorcs epic destinies so I haven't even gotten to the SR in DI.
