Repeat Penalties at 25.

I will firstly say that I left DDO right around U9 and came back about a week or 2 before u15. Just in time to get a stone of experience and level up my first toon to 20 then first toon to 25. In the time that I leveled I was unaware of the quests that are now farmed for EDs and a few of them I ran into the ground in hopes for loot. Now Im level 25 and plagued by these repeat penalties while those more experienced or more informed get an easy time leveling up EDs. Why is it repeat penalties are still there at level 25? Is this something turbine has looked into maybe changing? Perhaps even something to purchase for repeat penalty reset, thought about it?(while making level 25s still not rack up penalties)

Simply in the end is there anything at least being looked into for the newer or returning players to fix such mistakes without a complete TR?

Repeat penalties aren't evil. I see a lot of complaints in the forum that everyone is grinding just a couple epic quests for ed experience, and how boring that is, and how Turbine should do something to make other epics relevant. Well, all epics give experience, and the repeat penalty makes them relevant once you've farmed out that one or two popular grind quests.

Everyone was in your same boat OP. Many people choose to TR and take the next life more carefully, I would suggest the same. I hit 25 and had nothing to grind (I could have done this quest here and that quest there... but I didn't have the big few quests you're mentioning.) So I TRed and decided that life I would leave selected quests alone.

I do see its boring to a point but would be nice as a time filler. I have capped 3 EDs without these quick farm quests and its definitely slow, but maybe I will just have to suck it up and deal with the TR because I would like to have an easier time. My luck by time im 25 again they will have nerfed the good exp quests to be more in line or something and I will have wasted my time. :P
