Red fens Epic shards

Anyone know what kind of droprate are we talking about with these epic shards and seals. Been runnin Red Fens quests on norm and hard over the last couple of days. Scrolls drop just fine. However I have not seen a single shard in combined 18 runs of Last Stand and Claw of Vulkoor.

Starting to get a feeling the +2 loot messed the loot tables again somehow...

Anyone had similar experiences or actually managed to score one in the past few days?

Drop rates for [b]/seals/[b] are pretty poor in those quests. Neither of those quests drops shards. All Red Fens Shards come from Into the Deeps.

Shards drop only from the epic chest in the 'Into the Deep' quest. That is the chest for the optional objective of killing the hezrou.
It can only be achieved after the quest's main objective is completed.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. Still feels pretty abysmal that 18 runs of said quests with not a single seal dropping...could be just a streak of bad luck I suppose?

Anyone who has gotten the claw set done have any numbers on how many times they had to run these quests to get what they needed?

Honestly the best way to get the seals you want is to run with a full group and share...the drops are low especially on the good ones. The deeps does always seems to drop a couple shards.

Last week I pulled a Raven's Talon seal from the end chest soloing Claw of Vulkoor on EN, but that may just be an anomaly like the time, a few months ago, while Muckbane farming, I ended up with a +3 Greater Heart of Wood.

I ran Into the Deep last night with 3 guildmates and we pulled 3 Shards as a group. Soloing these quests seem to never drop Seals. Best bet is to group up and share.
