I'm not sure what you expect in-game customer service to do about things that are on the forums. :D

Best thing to do is report posts that are making personal attacks (using the little exclamation point button) When a mod looks at it they will decide if the rest of the thread should just be closed or not.

A couple of times I've wanted a thread I started closed and just reported my own first post and explained the situation in that box. Worked every time.
