On live, combat archery feat is not adding +1[W] damage to point blank shot, as stated, and isn't fixed in patch 15.1 on Llama. See http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=391816 for testing that indicates that both deadly and point blank shot add +1[W], but that the additional +1[W] from CA is not being added.
