Challenge Gear - Deconstruct?

I can't find it anywhere, but I need to know how you strip the crafting off of a Challenge item (ie. tier 3 item that has been crafted on). I need to strip off the holy i added so I can now use it again with my TR then craft up again as I level.

Is it at stone of change or in Crafting hall?

figured it out - Crafting hall deconstruct....nothing to see here folks move along
