I may have missed the update on this...

The Pit's security traps were doing oodles of damage (normal hit for ~100 and critical meant dirtnap) after update 14 making it a bit scary to get hit at all. Just recently it seems that the damage is now closer to ~30-50 with critical ~100. I didn't see any notes about it being lowered, and 'Yes' it was on elite. I'm just wondering what's going on with one of my favorite quests.
Was it mistakenly bumped and then adjusted?
Was I delusional?

Thoughts, anyone?

You were not confused.

They were doing, in my opinion, way too much for a level 7 quest. 150+ for a trap that you cannot turn off is stupid. If it were something that required a rogue, I'd agree. Get a trapper or shut up. But these traps you couldn't turn off and there were dozens of them. The traps were tougher than the quest.

glad to hear they changed it to make them more realistic.

I was fearing doing that again on my next TR. glad they listened and readjusted it back to sensible.
