I have had no response from Turbine, so I have just bought £25 worth of TP so I could buy another Greater tome of Learning for the one that bugged on my 4th life healer.

I would like to take the moral high ground and find some way to make them fix what I paid hard earned money for in the first place, but I can't bear the XP grind without it

it seems that ever since they dropped the help icon in the option panel people find it hard to open tickets.
ill just keep posting this (my 3rd one so far).

you can access the open ticket menu with the key it's mapped for. default is ctrl+h.

no need to call unanswered phone numbers. once you open a ticket (at least for vip maybe premium. not sure for f2p ,sorry bout that.) they try and get back to you . since the gm\dev's BOSS can see that a ticket is open (and for how long it stayed open ) and they make **** well sure that it get closed a.s.a.p. .

so far i reported at least 3 bugs and got VERY fast answers.

note. i do not know if they CAN help you with all the problems you might face.
BUT you will get a live response. and a fast one.

Don't spread FUD. Turbine answers the phone during their open hours. I've called numerous times and never had an issue getting to talk to someone.

my pc don't have that number anywhere near it. i do have a sticker on my screen saying:
"Password: RU4Real?!? "

as for FUD ,don't know what it stand for, im from a country where most don't speak English. which should also tell you about what i think about calling some other-country's help number in a time zone that for me is noon for them is more like 4 am... if they do answer at 4 am. forgive me if i gave offense.
