How to report forum infractions?

title says it all i noticed the one option i found they only want to hear certain ones but what about the others?

Title doesn't say it all. Did you receive an infraction? Did you receive a neg (not an infraction)? Did you want to report someone else?

Private message by someone cursing me up and down.I checked his/her forum posts and i havent even posted under any of their threads.Not even the same server i play on either.

no neg rep is not a infraction of forum rules its part of the system.

Forward a copy of the PM to either Tolero or Cordovan, and mention that you'd like to report abusive behavior.
