Hide of Goristo/Embrace of the Spider Queen

I am posting this for my guild as I really have no need of these (ok, maybe it is not entirely selfless, as I am really tired of farming the two quest they drop). At any rate:

Is there some trick to getting these to drop?

Do they only drop on Epic Elite, or can they drop on Epic Normal or Hard?

I have farmed the two quest they drop from and got the end chest probably 50+ times.

Any input would be most appreciated.

hide drops in part 1 of the third chain, embrace drops in part 3 of the third chain, difficulty does not matter as i have seen them pulled on norm and hard.

^ As what Snapdragon said; Hides drop in Trial by Fury, Grulemith chest and the "hidden" chest that also drops Planar Foci. I've only ever seen one Embrace drop, Hard Reclaiming the Rift.

I'm not sure if this is just me, but the Hides dropped a lot pre-U15, pulled one from every diff except casual. Post U15, I've only seen one drop in 10 or so runs.

Well, ok, at least I am satisfied we are doing it right. I can not say anything to the pre-post U15 comment, as I have never seen either armor drop---pre or post U15.

I am just tired of grinding these two quest with no rewards for my guildies.

We will keep grinding...
