I'm doing Demonweb slayers and rares. I ran into Vgorrok on one of the center islands (the one with Journal #33), killed him, and got XP as usual. About 15 minutes later, still on the same run, I ran into him AGAIN on a different island, this time near the shrine on the island with the entrance to Reclaiming the Rift. Killed him again, but this time got no XP.
Not sure if this is a bug or WAI. Can (er, SHOULD, since obviously they can) rares in Demonweb respawn, and can the same rare spawn in more than one location? If the respawn is WAI, should you get XP for killing the same rare twice in the same instance?
