Since I keep hearing people claiming otherwise here are two screenshots posted in another thread already showing
that at the very least hp's scale on epic elite. My belief is so does damage but it's not that easy to ss that.

its always scaled. if it wasnt for dev's posting incorrect information this little myth would not be perpetuated.

How anyone doubts this (including damage) is beyond me. It's clear as day just summon and unsummon an onyx panther every few groups in a dungeon and watch the damage change noticably... even with gold seal contribution only. One of the first things i noticed about the panther (having never grouped before) was that it increased difficulty more than it contributed in Elite stuff... difference between death aura being enough or not.

If the devs continue to say that elite doesn't scale, then this is clearly a bug. These screenshots will hopefully get them to at least look at the issue and decide one of two things. Either elite does scale and it's working as intended (their declaration of elite not scaling should be corrected) or elite is not supposed to scale and a fix will be in the works eventually.

That is really interesting!

My Heroic Elite Screenshots of scaling in:
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=4639980#post4639980

Show nothing like that sort of percentage scaling.
1 player Last boss of Last Stand - 2347,
2 players Last boss of Last Stand- 2484 (about 5.5% increase over solo)
6 players Last boss of Last Stand- 2657 (about 11.67% increase over solo)

Your:
1 player - 7092
2 players - 8977 is a 20.99% increase in HP!

So, Heroic Elite doesn't meaningfully scale HP, but Epic Elite does.

I was making these screenshots fast to make a point and didn't have time to gather people (just annoyed a guildie
into running out there fast), but once I get some time I will try to grab a full party and see how the scaling
continues. I know I tested epic hard and that correctly stops scaling at 4 people in and the hp scaling seems to be
about the same as what I saw in the two people in ee and it keeps up at that rate till 4 are inside. The damage
scaling is definitely tons more though on e hard then on ee.

While epic elite may scale. (It should not, thats a bug if it is)

Your screenshots prove nothing at all.

Monster hitpoints use pen and paper rules. EG: They roll dice to determine them, randomly. So you could have very well simply got a new instance.

I've seen the same spider vary by from as low as 40,000 to as high as 90,000 in EEs - and all runs were done in full groups.

While monster hp scaling may be in, as is total number of monster scaling. I've verified incoming damage scaling is not. You take 100% full damage solo.

So it might scale in some fasions, but its not full blown dungeon scaling that other difficulties present.

its the same instance and same mob, therefore the screenshots proves everything.

perhaps you would like some math instead of IN-GAME results? hehehe

Seriously now you're just trolling.Same instance, same mob just an extra person in intance.

How have you verified incoming damage other then using self damage items/effects? Just because those don't
scale doesn't mean monster damage doesn't. I'm not gonna make a video just to prove a point that people can
easily test in game for themselves. I will conduct test on incoming damage once I get at least 4 people to come
inside, as the difference between and 1 and 2 people will likely be too close to the variability of damage the
mobs have naturally.
