remove Menace of the Underdark Beta subscription

Every time I log into DDO I have to choose between Menace of the Underdark Beta and my DDO subscription. I never go to Menace of the Underdark Beta so I'd like to remove it, so save the step, not that it's a huge deal. Anyway, I went to https://myaccount.turbine.com and both accounts are listed there. However, only the DDO subscription has a "cancel subscription" link. I can't figure out how to cancel the Menace of the Underdark Beta. Does anyone know?

I'm bumping this because it's been years and, yes, I'm still having this exact problem. Has anyone been able to successfully remove the Menace of the Underdark Beta from their DDO subscription?

ive always assumed you still need to select your account even if you only have 1 when logging on i use my other as mule account

What? Couple things...I don't have to pick anything when I log in...so I am a little confused...secondly...years? No it hasn't. It's been A year....not multiples...

I asked the same question a couple months back. No response
