I need to find the receipt to take a silverslinger and make it an epic silverslinger. I have one just need help on knowing what I need to find to do it.

You will need:

1 Silver Slinger
1 Scroll of the Silver Slinger
1 Seal of the Silver Slinger
1 Shard of the Silver Slinger

Put all 4 items in the epic altar, located by the lava elemental just outside of the tower of The Twelve.
