Apparently, Turbine does not want me to play my artificer!!!11!!!

Tried and failed at least 5 times to log in with my arti lvl 19, 3rd lifer.
I gave up and tried to log in on my healer, lvl 12 1st lifer..got in on the first try. Then I relogged, and got in on the first try with my main, lvl 23, 1st lifer.
Not sure what is going on, but I don't think the problem is on my end.
Anyway, got a hurricane heading my way, be here in a few hours. I will probably be losing power soon.

Turbine never wanted people to play artificers. That plink-plink-plink sound wasn't around forever, only since artis came out I think.

Is the arti parked in the House K crafting hall? It's a nightmare to log in to there. Try logging in during a quiet period and see if that helps...

I don't know about Turbine, but I don't want you playing yout arti. They are annoying with thier rat-a-tat-tat...

As for Tropical Storm Isaac...he is taking his sweet time getting here.
The convenience stores are open, so at least I can get moar coffees if I need to.

Is the arti parked in the House K crafting hall? It's a nightmare to log in to there. Try logging in during a quiet period and see if that helps...

He's in the house K bank, but I've tried parking him at different spots when I was able to log in with him and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
In my case, it appears to be random.

When I had come back from a 3-wekk pause, I tried to log in again with my Artificer - and I had to do 5 or so attempts to log out again, all of which failed. Only the last one succeeded.
Since then, I didn't have any problems anymore (apart from my new graphics card seriously crashing because of too many graphics options being in "high" settings. After I had reduced all of my graphics settings, everything was fine again.).

When you log in from the enter screen, do you double click on the character name or hit the enter button (on the screen)? I only ask because 5 of my 6 characters can enter by double clicking on them, but one refuses to. I have to hit the enter button below the names to enter for that character. Just a thought....

This storm was such a non-event in the upper keys, which is good, what's bad is, i wish it had been a tad bit worse, so I wouldn't have to go to work tomorrow. :D

I'm on wifi, and I can get online just fine, I can log in with other toons just fine, I think it's my computer honestly.
