Returning player so please excuse the question. Description says: swap spells at their trainer for one hour. Does this mean you can stand in front of your trainer for 1 hour swapping spells or the swap lasts for 1 hour, after which your spell-book reverts to the original spells?

You can swap spells for an hour then whatever spells you have selected at the end of the hour stay. Basically it gives you a chance to swap spells jump in a quest and try them out then swap some more if you don't like them.

It lets you swap any or all of your spells without having to pay the individual fee and wait 3 days between each one.

I always grab two from 1st tier Argo favor to switch Sorc Savants at lvl 18... I'd rather have more shorter uses, but hey...
