Question on some Enhancements and Feats

Helf Dilettante Artificer III (the boost to scrolls, wands, and potions - NOT the artificer level piece)

Rogue Wand Heightening I (offensive)

Is there any way to see if/when those are actually kicking in (so I can see if they are stacking where applicable)?

I looked at blue text on logon - no mention. On casting with a wand, I had assumed there'd be a msg like when using a caster "doofus begins casting %blah% at level %blah%" - yah no such luck.

Anyone know if they stack and where to actually see the effects in status?

Try offensive wands on another player in a PvP pit, and get him to tell you all the save feedback.

You'll be able to figure out your wand DC that way.
