Let's face it, Turbine is lacking luster in the new bugs they develop... It's always the same "add a new quest pack, and the airship shrines become invisible" or "don't talk to that NPC in the quest, or it will fail the whole chain"...
We need new and exciting bugs that appeal to both the veteran player who is growing weary of the same DDO bugs, as well as the newcomer from other games, accustomed to other types of bugs.
Therefor, here is my Bug Suggestion Box:
Level 1 Drow start out with negative hitpoints. This is by design.
Airship shrines are now giving the effects of a Potion of Wonder.
Entering a quest with even-number of party members crashes the game client, please refrain from doing so.
Currently, all efreeti in the game must be killed at same time in order to advance to Velah fight, please coordinate your attacks across the server while this issue remains.
Some characters are starting as a level 25, and regressing to level 1 each level they acquire.
Pets and Hirelings have their AI wrongly set too high, Tempys is currently able to finish whole quests by himself, please refrain from using Tempys.
Some characters may have changed sex. Putting yourself inside the Stone of Change will revert it back to the original state.
Some character may login to find themselves affected by a permanent Reverse Gravity effect. Please keep your Feather Falling item at all times, while we investigate this.
Edit: There's a world of material in Bug Creation, as the following contributions demonstrate. A Realm revolving around well designed bugs, corrupted graphics, and looping sounds. If only Turbine realized the possibilities for profit...

Half-elves have larger, more anime looking eyes. This was an error in the attempt to make them look more realistic (...)
The stats for kobolds were accidentally replaced with the stats of dragons. We suggest all players to be higher level before attempting Waterworks. And don't provoke Arboth the crazy kobold.
Arraetrikos is now green instead of red. It's not easy being green.

All loading screens are now Gianthold. Please buy the Gianthold adventure pack to revert to varied loading screens.
Grease no longer affects player characters. Electric loop and chain lightning however do affect player characters. Please make sure you are separated from your party before casting these spells.
The Fly spell is persistent after leaving Reaver's Refuge. All quests and raids have been shut down until this is corrected.

Gravity effect has somehow been tripled inside The Pit making all toons unable to jump.
Casting Dimension door may inadvertently teleport you anywhere in Eberon or Forgotten Realms.

Deconstructing green steel now gives random ingredients from any crafting mechanism in the game
Exchanging, selling crafting or looking at a dragonscale results in the scale turning into a Sweet Whitecap.
from Circon (a few select weapon disorders):
Water elementals can only be hurt by ranged unarmed attacks.
All monsters in the Red Fens wilderness have received Xyzzy's DR and can only be hurt by baby hounds(...)
from Cyr (some exquisite and not-so-improbable issues):
Handwraps are incorrectly granting 2[W] when they shoud be applying 1[W]. The next hotfix will eliminate handwraps from the game to correct this issue.
Bard songs which buff allies are incorrectly effecting enemies instead. Bard songs which effect enemies are incorrectly effecting allies instead. This bug has been listed as low priority.
Mordenkain's Disjunction is permenantly erasing effects from items.

Harry may just fly off in the middle of part 4.
The monster manual spawn a hundred of the monster you just achieved a deed for.

The sound that repeating crossbows make when they are fired has a 500% increase in volume. Please stand far away from anyone who may be using a repeating crossbow.

Casting artificer buffs on an ESoS causes the ESoS to transmute into a club of the silver flame.
Air elementals, instead of just throwing PCs around, now hurl them into other instances.
from Nospheratus (some irritating fails):
The mouse pointer became invisible.
Shortcut bars do not remember their state after logout.
Caught in the Web: The legs now spawn instantly without any warning.
from zorander6 (a couple human errors):
All jump animations are rendered with a Boing!! sound.
Druids can only change form once a week.
from drwho1985 (some misinterpreted code):
TR'ing makes your character a little shorter and fatter each time.
The Crucible has been moved to Korthos Island as the introduction quest.
from AbyssalMage (a few hiccups):
All Monks must expend a use of Bardic Music to activate their finishing move.
Players may discover that it takes longer to speed up and slow down while running.
from gphysalis (a few mislocated copy/pastes in the code):
Drinking mana pots now kills a random member of your party. Please refrain from drinking mana pots while we reassign this effect to potions of wonder.
Attempting to climb up ladders now moves your character in the floor.
from Cauthey (some neglected WAI bugs):
Glitch in Kobold Assault can periodically spring up where the 200th Kobold is not calculated properly, and the quest will not end correctly.
Instead of Feather Fall effects slowing your character's descent, they are now accelerating descent.
from Ayseifn (some deadly hilarities):
All Amrath quests now start with and perpetually have red dungeon alert!
When a stack of thrown weapons runs out you now start throwing melee weapons! They do not return!
from JamnJD (a couple happy coincidental errors):
The wooden floors in the airships have disappeared. Please equip your featherfall item before boarding.
DM volume slider is currently not working and remains at 1.00.
This is just a small list of the type of Bugs we expect to see in the near future, instead of the same old dull bugs. Feel free to add a couple to the list. What could possibly go wrong!?

New bugs...I don“t know, but I think they coul put the ladder bug in the first quest, the Grotto, so that the new player thinks it is something normal. You could add a DM voice "Ooops. The ladder is slippery. You have to jump to the ladder to get to a higher section".
Some rubber banding would be nice too, for example in the ambush, when several sahag..sahara...suahg...well, the fishy things attack.

Seriously, my arti, Chuzo has a log of all the wonder pots ive drunk in his bio. Passed a hundred pots, and a hundred buffs :p

Toggling goggles on/off currently disabled.

Players travelling to and from Eberron and FR will need to equip a towel in order to survive the journey. Never leave without your towel. Obtaining Scarf of Warmth is suggested.

Death Aura and Negative Energy Burst are now benefitting 1500% from spell power. They are also affecting all party members with Favored Soul auras active and dispelling Death Ward. There are rumors that casting these spells changes all DM audio to "Payback M$#*%^#@er!" but as of yet this is unconfirmed.

Casting greater teleport will only teleport to the portable hole. The teleporter in the portable hole is not working at this time. Using /death teleports you to the portable hole. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and have reduced the prices for scrolls within the portable hole to 1 plat each.

^^^Well, at least anyone who can cast greater teleport and gets stuck in the P.H. has the option to buy a teleport scroll to get back out...though I do believe my wizzie would be casting GT to P.H. after every quest just to see how many non-UMD non-caster players I could get stuck there :D
Oh, and all scrolls are 1 plat each EXCEPT for teleport which has been raised to 100k plat per scroll for the duration of the bug.

Known Issue: The weapon tables have spilled over into the monster tables. Some monster types are now immune or particularly vulnerable to certain weapons as follows:
* Kobolds are immune to wooden bludgeoning weapons.
* Troglodytes are immune to non-wooden bludgeoning weapons.
* Air elementals can only be hurt by ranged piercing weapons.
* Earth elementals can only be hurt by ranged bludgeoning weapons.
* Fire elementals can only be hurt by ranged slashing weapons.
* Water elementals can only be hurt by ranged unarmed attacks.
* All monsters in the Red Fens wilderness have received Xyzzy's DR and can only be hurt by baby hounds or the Onyx Panther figurine. No, not the panther. The figurine. You must wield the figurine itself as a weapon. This feature will be added in the next patch.
* Oozes take double damage from crystal weapons.
* Rust monsters take double damage from mithral weapons.
* Undead take 1000% damage from all weapons except good-aligned weapons.
* Humans die instantly if hit by a Bone Breaking weapon, unless they have monk levels, in which case they can only be killed by Vorpal effects.
Important:
* All raid bosses can only be hurt by Epic slashing weapons. Since most of you probably had ESOS or EAGA anyway, we're calling this part WAI and changing the quest descriptions to match. Aaseamah Screven will now warn player characters that Arraetrikos is too powerful to be harmed by mundane weapons, heals too fast to take note of punctures, and is too fat to care about being clubbed.
Talking to the fatespinner sets your xp total to that needed to reach level 20 exactly. This results in lost xp if over level 20 or gained xp if under level 20. Fatespinners are being removed from the game to address this issue in the next hotfix.
Please refrain from buying Raid Reset Timers in the store as a billing error can randomly occur that reduces 145 dollars from a random Turbine employees paycheck instead of deducting that amount of TP from your account.
Anna in Caught in the Web has changed places with Coyle. Please refrain from running Threnal as it is easier then intended.
Body slots are currently allowing more then one item to be equipped in them. The next hotfix will prevent any items from being slotted until a longer term fix is found.

The mabar event is interacting strangly with quests and raids. All undead creatures in these quests spawn as random Delara's Graveyard spawns for the appropriate sized party and level make up. Please refrain from running any quests or raids with undead in them during the mabar event.

False Life items erroneously increase your Constitution score instead of your Hit Points. Please do not wear anything more than Lesser False Life items to maintain a reasonable Constitution score.
Update: As of the latest patch, False Life items and all items that used to increase your Constitution score now increase your Hit Points by the same amount.

- Epic ingredients drop at random in heroic quests but only if you have a drow in the party, we blame (and praise) Lolth
- Scrolls cast disjunction at random when used on party members
- Harry may just fly off in the middle of part 4
- Rangers have their Tempest pre back to how they where pre-nerf and got a wolf pet, the temp fix found by Turbine was to ban all accounts with rangers
- At the end of every quest you get random exp, we *really* hope it's a bug and not a new feature...
- The monster manual spawn a hundred of the monster you just achieved a deed for
- WF get double the effect of heal scroll, but take damage from the actual Heal spell
- Bard songs work on all races and PMs, got a new sonic DoT and Anthem works on all items, clearly not WAI.

Love the thread. Here's a few more:

2) Maxwell Statler, Brawnpits, and Coyle now have 1/10 hitpoints. This is WAI.
3) Hirelings will no longer stand in traps or pools of acid; however, they now think players are the enemy and will attack accordingly.
4) Artificer pet will not come out of his box when summoned and box will follow player around. To correct: Dismiss pet, Summon, Defend, Attack, Defend, Dismiss pet, /beg, /grovel, /grovel, /dance, Summon pet, Defend, Attack, Trip, Bluff, Bluff, Diplo, /beg, /sit, Dismiss pet, Diplo, /death, /dance, Summon, Diplo, /cheer.

Suggestions:
The launcher may now take you to a different MMO.
If you have an enemy targeted while casting a buff or heal, it will affect the enemy instead. Likewise, if you have an ally targeted while casting a damaging spell, it will affect that ally.
Typing in party chat may cause the client to crash. Please use the /tell command or voice chat to communicate with your party members.
Traps now have massively increased hit boxes, and may hit you from neighboring quests. Please do not enter any quests that are near quests that have traps until this issue is fixed.
The sound that repeating crossbows make when they are fired has a 500% increase in volume. Please stand far away from anyone who may be using a repeating crossbow.
The paladin class has accidentally been renamed to "gimp" on the character creation screen.
The spell Slay Living can now be cast in public areas. Please do not irritate your local healers until this bug is fixed.

-Casting artificer buffs on an ESoS causes the ESoS to transmute into a club of the silver flame.
-Pale master forms now turn the caster into an immobile undead gelatinous cube. Players cannot move or revert back to their original form unless another character casts judgement or energy vortex on them.
-Challenge XP has been adjusted; unfortunately now all challenges give negative XP. The only known solution is to reincarnate three times as a ranger and three times as a paladin.
-Casting wail of the banshee now spawns a circle of CR 50 elder beholders around the caster. Unfortunately, the developer that updated the wail animation is no longer working for Turbine.
-Failing a poison save now causes the PC to have continuous epileptic seizures. Characters cannot recall from the dungeon as the seizure movement interrupts the recalling action. /death will not fix the poison effect; PCs must log out and log back in to reset the player's state. Warforged received a buff here, as they just die instantly after failing the save.
-When casting mass heal on a party, if a WF is in the AoE the divine will take 500 light damage. If the WF has healer's friend, the damage increases from 500 to 1000/1500/2000 respectively. WF are advised to cast repair light wounds on themselves until this problem can be addressed.
-Proof in the poison has had its difficulty adjusted as it was too easy for new characters. The XP has been reduced, there are now no shrines, the quest map size has been doubled, and drow necromancers in the boss room raise every fallen enemy on the map as well.
-Coyle has been buffed with new improved hireling AI. He is now immune to being knocked out and will constantly cycle through his improved spell list: grease, sleet storm, merfolk's blessing, spawn screen, and globe of invulnerability.
-Spell power buffs affect trap control boxes, so a critical failure on a disable device check results in the trap box exploding and inflicting 1000 points of force damage on all party members within a 5 mile radius.

Vendors:
* Selling all gems or selling more than one item sells all items from the character, including bound, locked and currently used items.

I think this is already in progress, Eveningstar cows were the first to be replaced.
Personally, I wouldn't buy the MotU pack, if I knew there were cows in Eveningstar, instead of oxen.

All graphics are 8 bit, and your character looks like mario.
All jump animations are rendered with a boing sound
Each boss says something about the princess being in another castle
Veteran status characters can only use the club of the silver flame as a weapon. All other weapons break immediately and are not capable of being repaired.
When casting spells the spells use hit points rather than spell points. When damaged by physical attacks your character loses double the spell points.
Heavy fortification doubles critical damage.
Artificers now cannot summon their pets unless it is raining in the harbor.
Druids can only change form once a week.

Tr'ing makes your character a little shorter and fatter each time.

To prevent further exploits, all NPC's will take no damage while PC's are moving (This includes the attack animation).
During our weekly maintenance, we forgot to back up our files and all accounts were lost. The IT department is on vacation and we have no fix scheduled.
Due to human error, all Monks must expend a use of Bardic Music to activate their finishing move.
After careful consideration, the formula to calculate gravity and its effect on mass has been revised. Sudden stops after a long drop have become more deadly.
With the changes to gravity (Please read above), players may discover that it takes longer to speed up and slow down while running.

All Docents have been race restricted to 'Hafling'. Please plan accordingly.

Oops.
Nobody was expecting these were they? Except maybe they already happened, in slightly less extreme versions. But bugs neeeeever repeat themselves, right?
Warforged now have -200% healing amp. Casting healing spells on warforged damages them, Please note that taking the warforged healer's friend enhancements will only exaggerate this issue.
Attempting to climb up ladders now moves your character in the floor. The only way to avoid this issue is by jumping past the ladder entirely. Please obtain a fly spell from the stormreaver before questing.
Monsters can now walk through walls, and aggro players from any distance. Please note that this means that stepping into quests will immediatly pull aggro from every monster in the quest, and cause a red dungeon alert. Certain spawning monsters will not be effected by this bug. The quest "Home Sweet Sewer" has been closed due to this bug making the quest too easy.
Drinking mana pots now kills a random member of your party. Please refrain from drinking mana pots while we reassign this effect to potions of wonder.
All Loot from all chests and end rewards is now composed of lootgen ML:1 items. The only way to obtain high level gear is now through the Cannith Crafting system. It is possible that after the fix, named items will still fail to appear.

Glitch in Kobold Assualt can periodically spring up where the 200th Kobold is not calculated properly, and the quest will not end correctly.
Inadvertent physics miscalculations has placed a number of NPCs 1000 feet in the air above their normal zones, including all Spirit Binders. Which, consequently, is making it challenging to release to your bind point and survive the fall. So, uh, don't die. And like 5, /death is RIGHT OUT.
Instead of Feather Fall effects slowing your character's descent, they are now accelerating descent.
In some rare cases, some raid bosses are getting frustrated with their efforts against the players, and are /ragequitting and taking their end chests with them. Please remember to make your raid end fights sporting, and perhaps let the bosses get a few good hits in for better results.
Dungeon Alert is now on all the time, no matter how many mobs are active or remain in the quest. The good news is that Dungeon Alert prevents lag, and since Dugeon Alert is currently running rampant, there is no lag. Enjoy this unintended feature until we are able to correct it.

- rogue assassinate currently won't break stealth
- rogue assassinate is currently not working
- corrected a memory leak in the client. however, mouse wheel zoom doesn't work at all now
- the wooden floors in the airships have disappeared. please equip your featherfall item before boarding
- zoning into all explorer areas causes the client to crash. this is wai for consistency
- we are experiencing network issues which cause many packets to be lost. this is causing constant rubberbanding. As a workaround, to get to where you want to go, please turn around and walk backwards. We are sorry for the inconvenience
- it is not possible to exit any caverns in the orchard as all the exits are "blocked"
- mobs now run circles around PC's as well as hirelings. this is wai
- all DM voice overs have been replaced with Dave Arneson's (DM of Threnal) simulated voice
- DM volume slider is currently not working and remains at 1.00

Fixed an issue with Bastion of Power, all Amrath quests now start with and perpetually have red dungeon alert!
Fixed an issue with thrown weapons, when a stack of thrown weapons runs out you now start throwing melee weapons! They do not return!
Fixed a stacking issue with backpack and bank slots, the cap is now 3 for each and the third tier of coin lord favor gives +2 bonus to listen and spot!
Fixed a grammatical error with release notes, exclaimation marks now end every sentence instead of every 5th sentence!

i was in an eh dq1 today and i noticed that that my hp and healing amp were not right and before i remembered disjunction i was freaking out. later i noticed my esos was missing its red slot because i was not bypassing the good dr of some mobs in tod. these events reminded me of this thread and i thought this bug might make your list.
*disjunction currently lasts longer than the stated description in game and may permanently affect some items. please do not run any quests in which enemies use disjunction.
i opened a ticket about this but i still havent gotten a response...
edit: i cant use the clicky on my red drag helm...
opened tickets for both and the response i got was the same: bugged until there is a patch or hotfix that takes care of it

All Raid entrance portals seem to have shrunk in size, and therefore can only currently be completed by all Halfling raid parties. We apologize to all the Warforged and Half Orcs whose time in game is limited to sorting their quivers and finally emptying that TR cache they've been meaning to get around to.
All Skeleton Archers in the Menachterun explorer area have lost limits on their weapon firing distance. This is a nuisance in the explorer area, but some players have also reported archers from the explorer area being able to land arrows on the party while they are inside a quest. As a temporary workaround, we've replaced whatever feat a character chose at Level 9 with Deflect Arrows.

All the bugs have vanished and the loot and spells are perfect for every build and playstyle. The quests have also been tweaked to exactly the way everybody wants.
Unfortunately we had to close the forums, since nobody visits them anymore.
