Hotfix is supposed to have fixed this, yes? Uh, no. Played it today and 'finished' it but it would not complete and I was even tapdancing on the head of the dead chick. And before you ask, yes I was in the room with the Nodes before destroying them. I used a fire turret. And since you cannot range plant a fire turret...
So I asked a GM for help and he basically said I was SOL. So I am out my time, XP, favor, reward and chain advancement. Told me to submit a bug. Came to the forums, went to submit a bug and guess what? It, too is BUGGED! So how do you report a bug on the Report a Bug link if it isn't working either? Too funny, Turbine. If you don't give a crapola about your players just say so.
Stop rushing content out the door when it is broken. Stop hotfixing (your not actually hotfixing, BTW.), claiming it is WAI and it isn't. STOP ignoring your paying customers. And for God's sake fix the Report a Bug link so we can report bugs as your useless GMs say we should when they 'can't' help us in-game.

Speaking of Thorn and Paw (http://ddowiki.com/page/Thorn_and_Paw) - I have yet to be able to complete it!!!
I tried Epic Casual, Normal, Hard, Elite (yes... Elite...) and in every attempts I was stuck with all 3 nodes destroyed but quest objective not advanced.
Question for those who have it completed:
How the [censored] did you manage to complete ?

I've completed every time I've ran, I think the trick is to make sure you kill everything in the room before you kill the nodes. It's worked for me hopefully this helps and will work for you.

The first time I ran it I got no completions (at least I got 3 chests out of it, one with the leave of the forest armor). The other two time I had no problems (once before and once after the hotfix)
The only thing I can think of that was different in the first run is that at the end I pulled the mama bear and druid too far back and they rebounded into the room.

I ran it once earlier with no problems. I think we also killed everything nearby before using the pod, but that's more because they were attacking us than trying any weird strategy.
The only other thing I can think of is the known issue that using the pods from too far away can supposedly mess it up. I tried using it when I was right up on top of it.

I have completed this quest many times and even did it on epic elite. There is an issue but if you do it in a specific order it will not bug. I made a post here at "Epic Elites, Thoughts & Experiences (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=389898)" about how to complete this quest. Yes there is a bug but it is not hard to get around, basically just ensure you kill the druid at each node prior to destroying the node.

I just completed this for the first time with myTempest and a hire Heroic Hard... I (BY SHEER LUCK... and the fact I look at any mob that raises its hands as the one volunteering to die first) did kill the druids first. Additionally, I ran around for a half hour more than necessary because ONE mob fell into a pit trap thus precventing the quest from progressing till I killed it.
VERY annoying mechanics Turbine. I actually wouldn't mind the druid part if the DM text said something about killing them first - good completion fail thing. But the lone quiet mob in a trap is fail.
I can see where an AA or Artificer would solo farm the snot outta this one - there's no way they couldn't ransack this in no time.
