Apparently the bard song issue has been verified as fixed by players in-game. No idea about the rest......

More importantly, what did it break?
And I ask because the notes look like a sincere, fast fix to what the update broke. And one issue in particular didn't get changed.

I think OP wanted to know what was REALLY fixed? Not the stuff in the release notes that may or may not have actually been fixed at the same time (though Fatesinger seems confirmed)

[the bard song issue has been verified as fixed by players in-game. No idea about the rest......I was really hoping that "bard song issue" would also have brought a fix to the WF vs Song problems. Ah well... maybe someday.

? what do you mean, dont got a warforged anymore, or ever had one that needed healing amp (was a palemaster) but the healing amp issue was fixed in the update 15 wasnt it?
Warforged Healer's Friend now reduces the Positive Energy healing penalty for being in Living Construct form instead of acting as a multiplicative Positive Energy healing amplification effect. The enhancement now grants a bigger overall bonus, but is no longer quite so front-loaded: Warforged Healer's Friend: Benefit: Your Living Construct penalty to Positive Energy healing is reduced from 50% to (40/30/20)%. The enhancement has also been reduced in AP cost from 2:4:6 to 1:2:3.
so instead of 12AP to get 75% healing amp base, you now get 80% and only costs 6 ap. so... is it not working? pretty sure there was a thread about it not to long ago that thanked turbine for fixing it.

If I am correct, instead of getting a 10% reduction in penalty, you are gaining a 10% penalty.
So, a 100 hp heal should heal you for 60 hp or whatnot with healer's friend I, and it is healing you for 45.
I'm feeling rather foolish for buying WF when it was on sale, only to have them massively break a p2p race for months. I shoulda bought something I could use, like artificer or whatnot...

You are correct, there was a thread thanking Turbine for fixing it. However, the "fix" is apparently broken, and in some opinions more broke than the broken thing the "fix" "fixed".

All it really takes is until Turbine decides to "fix" the "bug" by changing the text to match the way it is currently functioning and then say "it's fixed".

it is working in reverse so instead of a 25% reduction in heal amp penalty (so 75%) you are getting a 25% penalty in heal amp (so 37.5%)

I reset my AP on my warforged fighter Monday after the update. After picking up the new Healer's Friend 3, I get healed for the correct 105% off a Heal scrolls and the usual 100% off a Reconstruct scroll. It could be you just need to reset your AP, unless this is something that broke this morning (I haven't logged in today yet).

We all know that a distressingly high percdentage of "features" are really bugs that developers just couldn't figure out how to fix.
And I'm not picking solely on Turbine when I say that. It's been true of all games I've ever played and will probably be so of all future games.

well -- my mains a bard. Yes we got songs back but, Inspire Courage is buffing for about half of what it was last week. Just saying, fixed aint fixed yet.

yip, hotfix was only done to fix a bug that gave players an immense attack speed increase.
