U15 - RS healing aura broken by clickie click

Tested and confirmed a number of times...

Step into an instance. Put on your Devotion gear. Click your Ardor clickie. Fire up your Radiant Servant aura. Note the +HPs per tick. In my case, my tick without ship buffs was +35.

Also note your Positive Spell Power. For me, 218.

Also throw a Heal. For me, when not critting, 463.

Now, activate a brilliance clickie. Or an Impact clickie. What happens to your aura? What happens to your Positive Spell Power? What happens to your Heal?

My aura tick jumps down to +9. My Positive Spell Power drops down to 182. My Heal still hits for 463, and somehow seems to fix my aura tick. I click my Ardor clickie. The tick is back down to only +9.

Further, Radiant Servant burst seems to have been nerfed. I remember much higher numbers (non-crits) than what I'm seeing now.

I tried to fill out an in-game bug report. But, I was hampered with the "you must log in" garbage. It is terribly frustrating as a player to not have these tools easily accessible. As it is, I would suspect that a very low percentage of players even bother trying to fill out bug reports.

Please fix. Healing fer wimp-style is no fun.

My Fvs is having a issue both similar yet different in some places. Going through my spell power i'm using:

Angle of Vengeance I/II: +60 Fire, Physical, and Untyped
Sora Kell: +40 Universal Spell Power
Scepters: +9 Implement bonus, +66 Devotion, +66 Radiance
Favored Soul Smiting IV: +80 Light/Alignment
Favored Soul Life Magic II: +40 Positive/Negative

Now here is where It gets weird. Currently my main and off hand I carry a:

Now I wand and scroll heal a lot to use my Sp for more offensive and Crowd Controlling spells so I am switching my main hand to the scrolls and wands quite a lot, But after U15 I noticed my wand and scrolls lost their umpf and are not really worth packing around anymore, But here is where I get confused. When I swap to a scroll or wand, my spell power over the board drops. I expect to lose the +26 to radiance as it drops down to my sora kell bonus of +40 being the highest, but instead it drops 35 and knocks off all +9 implement bonuses even though I still have my devotion scepter in-hand leaving me with lower values then I should have:

Yep same here, equip a scroll or throwing weapon and my aura drops from 77 down to 11-13...

Didn't happen until post-update. Confirmed attacking/interacting with environment resets to normal value.



Just a swing in the air with your newly equipped item will reset this - it is not clickie-related but a more general gear-swap related to auras (Palemaster also affected)

Socio I was not able to recreate the issue with my FVS using Sora Kell set - offhand spellcasting implement was always being included for me so I would raise a bug report (http://forums.ddo.com/new_bug.php) with the specific steps you take in detail and your equipment/character setup. Presumably you have tested having the devotion scepter on it's own (no scroll/radiance scepter in main hand) and spell power is 115 positive correct?

Sorry for a late reply, I just got on and tried it with just the scepter in my offhand with no scroll, wand, or other object. The spell power to light dropped normally first try. Then I re-equipped it the light value went back up the right amount. However from that point on removing the scepter either manually or replacing it with any other item being a scroll or what not removes the 26 light and again the +9 implement bonus.

However here is where it gets strange again. If the only thing i'm holding is the devotion scepter in my off hand the spell power bugs. When I click/attack to remedy it, yeah it works as it un-equips my off hand and puts it into my main hand and I get my normal values minus the 26 light spell power, But when it bugs due to a scroll or wand, no punching, clicking, or using said item fixes it till I switch back to my 2 scepter set up. /Puzzled
