I was under the impression that those only drop in Epic Elite (thus the red 'Epic Elite' on the top right), and only from the 'top level' content. But I am not sure what, exactly, that would be. All the new quests are 23 on Epic, right?

There are three different versions of each named item, each with different stats dependent on what difficulty you got them on.

So yes, they were pulled on EE, it is in what Quest they were found that is the question.

The wraps in the screenshot are from a post by a dev from lam. The live ones dont have the diffculty listed up the top of the wraps.
Got a set of the EE version today on my first run thanks to a guildy putting them up for roll for us all. We ended up doing about 8 or so runs didnt find anymore the chest is annoying to get to on EE with a full party of monks and casters that know what they are doing so id say chase the EH version unless your decked out and have guildies that are willing to put in some work. The toxic cloud looks pretty much like ck when the monster dies it goes away, they do decent dps and the vamperism is exactly what I was looking for no more need to craft it on crappy prefix wraps without the aml 20 extra die step. The enhancement bonus, phelbotomizing and vamperism amount change depending on diffculty ran.
EE is +7 Enhancement Bonus, Phelbotomizing, Vampirism, Spiked, Toxic. EH version is +6 Enhancement Bonus, Hemorrhage, Vampirism, Spiked, Toxic (so 1 less to hit and dmg and 1d8less bleed damage). and the casual/normal version is +6 Enhancement Bonus, Hemorrhage, Lesser Vampirism, Spiked, Toxic (same damage less healing). Im not saying where they drop as the person that showed me doesnt want the info shared sorry guys, I am sure someone else must of found/pulled a pair by now?

Edit: Ss of them and the dps im getting out of them. Seems the ck effect is about 10seconds or so procs on the dummy too.

Thank you for the information about their drop location, now if only I could have any luck actually completing Thorn n Paw (Find a way into Druid's Den never completes for me despite doing everything) And Overgrowth's brain dead dryad doesn't want to cooperate with me heh.

Now how exactly are you being helpful? The only "helpful" information was telling us what was on the SS that the OP linked. That's not helpful and I'm not sure what you're gaining by keeping it a secret other than neg reps. And your "friend"? Seriously? Come off it, -you- want to keep it secret not some "friend".

Its in Druids Deep (last quest in chain) in an optional chest (Aghilde the Bog Hag). In order to get the chest you have to get past the swim. Once past the swim as get into a larger area after fighting some Wood Woads, there will be the way to go to get to the end and a small glen that has a breakable root wall in front of it. Break the root wall and enter the small bog area. It will either be filled with Vine Horrors and no optional spawn or devoid of Vine Horrors and a single crazed villager will be there. He will transform into the Bog Hag (orange named instakillable) beat her down, open chest, mail EE Ivy Wraps to Briee on Ghallanda. Thats Briee with 2 "e"'s on Ghallanda.

You have to go left and right and destroy the tree things on each side I think its that which makes the root walls break/breakable so you can head north to get to the last fight.

I could care less about rep I dont come post on here to make friends or trouble. I'll share some achievements, make trades and help people with information that isnt posted millions of times over that they could of searched for. Now that I remember rep can be disabled ill be turning it off and just forum squelch useless trolls that are doing nothing but blowing hotair.
As for my toons I have 9 of them which all have 3bank tabs 1 bank toon and 4-5 inventory slots you do the math. I manage to keep 1 full pack space cleared on casters and 2 on melees and a full tab of sf pots.

That info was given by the Dev who made them. http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_15_named_items It's been on the wiki for days. The only thing you did was brag and say na-na I have a pair and I'm not telling. That info is on the very same sight the SS the OP linked.

Wow your so dense its beyond comprehension. You have quoted the link the op has which is just a SS of the ivywraps from lam, not the wiki link to the wraps and information. Then you did not even bother to read the end of his question which clearly says Thanks for any information?

So I provided him with what information I could without betraying a friends request. The OP had not obviously looked on the wiki or he wouldn't be after information just the drop location of said wraps.


All I see in your posts is meaningless bragging about how you're better than us all. I have yet to see information that expands on what the OP posted or on its droprate/location.

Yes thats why I bothered to post how many runs I completed how it was very hard to get to on EE and what diffculty I thought people should farm for it on, what stats each different diffculty dropped, as well as damage and proc type on the wraps. If I wanted to brag I would of posted in the achievements thread and my reply regarding gear items and plat was to someone questioning me about being greedy to want to sell the wraps for personal profit when this was simple not the case but read and believe what you like.

Sorry if this was already stated, but to find the Hag chest you simply hug the right wall the entire quest and shortly after the swim you'll run into it. The Hag is not a guaranteed spawn so farming it on Epic Elite is a pain because of this.

The hag must have two spawn locations, because the one you circled has always just been full of earth elementals for me. The only location I have found her at would be at the far bottom of the map after you come up out of the water.

That is not the correct location. The area you circled is the area of the dirt path that leads up to an area filled with Earth Elementals (and enough breakables to get ransack)

there are a couple odd locations like that one that seem like they should have a rare the underwater cave thats a circle except one wall is square....

First off k-OtIc is probably has some of the deepest pockets gearwise I know of in game so his claim in his defense prolly isnt far from the truth at all. And as to Gimps post.....that is actually the map to his mom's house!:)
