The Exxon Stormreach made an "unscheduled landing" in the Harbour.

(On a serious note, apparently enabling Multi-pass lighting fixes this issue, as per here. (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=389406))

just go into option-> graphics and click on detect best.
It solved it for me.

The new update has bugged some of the graphics settings. This issue has to do with lighting. To fix it. You will have to turn on multi-pass lighting and set Landscape lighting quality to high. Disabling landscape shadows might also fix the issue.
